    We have provided our FTP credentials before but for some unknown reason you couldn’t access to our site……

    But we have another question now jajajajaja… We want to erase the white portion that you’ll see above the first section of the page in the picture attached….

    We have another question, we downloaded the theme from themeforest to obtain the 2.2 version but when we installed in the info appears that is the 2.1 version…. Do you know what is the reason of this?

    Thanks, we manage to solve the problem uninstalling the plugin and installing it again.

    Hello guys,

    Previously we had the same problem, you couldn’t log to our page via wordpress or FTP.

    The site works well in our side, we don’t know the reason for this.

    Could you help us in any other way, any advice?

    Hi guys thanks to you we could install the newest version of the theme.

    Now we have another issue, after updating the slider revolution we tried to activate it but we received this error message

    Hello guys,

    Sorry to bother you again but we have a issue with the installation of the new version of the theme.

    We can’t change the upload max file size because our host administrator donweb doesn’t allow it (they say is for security reasons), if you could suggest another solution to us we’ll greatly appreciate it.

    Sorry, I didn’t express what I want correctly.

    I want to use the portfolio but only the part under project description. I want to remove the project details, change the tittle icon and despite having a featured image selected not see it in the page. This can be done?
