    Hello guys,

    Previously we had the same problem, you couldn’t log to our page via wordpress or FTP.

    The site works well in our side, we don’t know the reason for this.

    Could you help us in any other way, any advice?

    Hi,

    unfortunately, we still can’t access to your WordPress.

    We think that you need to contact your host.

    Here is some advice that maybe could help:

    in your wp-config.php file set wp_debug to true or false and inspect do you have any error.

    Thanks, we manage to solve the problem uninstalling the plugin and installing it again.
