    Hello guys,

    Today we download the latest version of the revelance theme (2.0.2) from the themeforest page but when we try to install it the server says that the file is too big to install it.

    If you could help us with this issue we would appreciate it, our wordpress version is 4.5.3

    Hi,

    this can be related with php.ini file. Have you increased upload_max_filesize in php.ini file?
    Also check this line inside php.ini :
    post_max_size = 8M

    and try to change it to something like this:
    post_max_size = 24M

    Increasing one of that two values should work.

    Hello guys,

    Sorry to bother you again but we have a issue with the installation of the new version of the theme.

    We can’t change the upload max file size because our host administrator donweb doesn’t allow it (they say is for security reasons), if you could suggest another solution to us we’ll greatly appreciate it.

    Hi,

    try to upload it manually using your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel.

    There’s also a plugin that might do it for you:

    Hi guys thanks to you we could install the newest version of the theme.

    Now we have another issue, after updating the slider revolution we tried to activate it but we received this error message

    How can we solve this?
