    Hi there,

    I was not being able to see the Team element in the Creator editor but, following what was suggested on another topic (https://magnior.com/forums/topic/no-team-element-in-the-creator/) I can now see the element but the images are not showing and both the website and backoffice are generating the following error:

    [08-Apr-2016 13:31:42 CST6CDT] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function esc_html__() in /home/meetinct/public_html/wp-content/themes/dzen/elements/team_tc.php on line 5

    Can you help?

    Hi,

    please send us your FTP credentials so we can access team_tc.php file
    through it because error shows and that’s why we can’t login to WordPress.

    Hi,

    we test this and after try to delete hole team_tc.php file error is still active.

    We think the problem is in your server, so please try to contact your host provider.

    Hi,

    I had a chat with the hosting provider and, after investigating on their side, they mentioned the following:

    “The issue seems to be related to the theme itself
    You can mention to them that I have changed the PHP version up to 7.0 and still no luck
    even with the line in question disabled”

    What should I do? The error is still the same and I am not able to access the admin panel.

    Hi,

    we try to test and fix this again, but with no luck.

    Maybe the best solution is to install WordPress from the beginning, just be sure that you install version 4.4., not the latest version because latest version is not tested.
