    I am unable to get youtube videos to display in place of the featured image on portfolio pages. At some point (in an earlier build of the Dzen theme) this was working, but has recently broken. With the Youtube Video ID inserted a blank space appears where the video/featured image once was. I have tried the usual things of disabling all non AB Themes supplied plugins and replacing the single-portfolio.php file from the default version in the theme zip file without success. I also attempted to use a Vimeo video with the same result.

    Hi,

    ok, what version of Dzen theme do you have? Have you tried to update theme?

    If you want to update please make backup for each case.

    When you go to “single column portfolio” you need to have only portfolio featured images, but when you go to “single column with youtube” video need to be there.

    In the attachment you can find screenshot how that look from our side. Go to your Portfolio, add new and in right bottom corner box put Youtube Video ID or Vimeo Video ID.

    The portfolio page is configured as suggested. Current version of Dzen is 2.0.0. We are not able to upgrade to 2.0.1 as this has a bug that causes the Customise Theme link to disappear from the left toolbar and the Custom CSS field to disappear from the Theme General tab (which is extremely important to us).

    According to your screenshot everything is setup properly.
    It’s hard to say why this is happening without seeing the backend.
    Can you set up a temporary account with administrator privileges (so that we have acces to wordpress editor).

    in the attachment we sending you picture how you can test your video.

    Please go to your single-portfolio.php file and search where is http: and add letter “s” to be https:

    Now everything should work fine.
