there is a way to set this in a content. In this page

we set another section below with Text/HTML shortcode and there we add same text that you add in Team member shortcode.
Difference is that after we paste that text, between “this is a list element” and “this list another element in the same list” we put space(enter), in Text tab next to Drag & Drop tab then appeared
which we deleted and all works fine. So, try this by yourself. Add first “this is a list element” (enumeration must be turn on all the time) and follow the instructions above and it should works fine. When you inspect code it should looks like this:

<li>this is a list element</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>this list another element in the same list</li>
</ul>
