    How can I have the pictures side by side in the same line?
    And I don’t know why the hover goes pink first and than black! I didn’t chose this pink hover, can you help me with that? http://www.cosurbano.com.br/parceiros/

    Have you tried to use Drag&Drop? You need to put this shortcodes inside columns.
    And for the pink color: go to wp-content\themes\evora\inc\colors.php file and find this code:

    .dnd_team_member .dnd_overlayed .dnd_overlay {
    background: #d8a9d5;
}

    and delete it.
