    Hello,

    I installed the Revelance WordPress Theme following your instructions.
    In the Import Slider Demo Content when i want to import a slider.zip file and 404 error page appears.
    If i want to add a slider from template the following message box appears: “This feature is only available if you activate Slider Revolution for this installation”

    What’s the problem?

    Hi,

    we can’t access to your site because it is under construction, we see only coming soon page. Maybe you install some plugin or you have server problems?

    Password is same like your username that you send to us in a private field.

    The site is under construction and i installed a Maintenance plugin.The problem is in the backend, when i want to import a template with slider revolution.
    I send you the user and pass to access the admin page of wordpress and try to do it.

    Hi,

    we can’t login to your WordPress because Maintenance plugin. Please try to deactivated that plugin (only until we find out whats the error) so we can access to your site and look what is going on. We can’t do nothing without access. You can see on the upper link what we see when try to login.

    “User with admin rights gets full access to the blog including the front end.”

    Also, in attachment you can see that this work fine from our side (our theme demo). Please try to deactivated some third party plugins that you installed and test this by activated them one by one.

    Hi, i deactivated the plugin and you can try to login
    I created a simple slide but i can’t import any sample.
