    I’m attempting to input some custom images for service boxes I created for our site and the insert image button is disabled. It’s showing up as being able to be used, but will not work. I’m just trying to add a custom image for the icon, and then some basic html for my service descriptions.

    It looks like when I go back to my drag n’ drop editor, every keeps getting wiped out too. When I restarted all my sections again, and saved the layout, I can’t load it anymore? Please help!!! :(

    Hi,

    we didn’t design this theme so it can have images on service boxes, only icons and same thing is for service box content, it is best to use only text in service box content, each html code may behave unexpectedly.

    The issue with drag&drop is because of html you tried to put in some of the shortcode contents.
    It is saying to you that there is syntax error, so you need to check it.
