    Hi,

    please try to check database in your phpMyAdmin, database collation must be set to utf8.

    Also, open your wp-config.php file and set it to utf8 on line 31.

    What text editor are you using? In Sublime text editor you can set encoding to UTF8, just go to File / Save with encoding / UTF8.
