    Hi, can not I add my images. When I select and load the images you see only a rectangle with a broken sheet.
    If I choose an image of your theme, for example “slider_2_image.png”, the image you see properly.
    Where am I wrong? Thanks

    Hi,

    can you sent us link to that site so we can check what is going on? Also it would be great if you send us your WordPress credentials in a private field.

    Hi,

    this is logo image for header.

    When we inspect we see that you set .jpg format, please place there .png image format (this also help your site to load faster :) ).

    Except that, logo image must be small. So, as you can see on our theme demo page http://preview.magnior.com/jomelle/

    we set size of image 206x21px.

    Try that, if you still have same issue, please send us your WordPress credentials so we check what is going on.

    Hi,

    we are not sure about this. Did you change something in code? We check functions.php file and all is include. We also try to deactivated your plugins one by one but stil we can’t upload the images.

    After we upload for example logo image through Customize and then click on image link and open in new tab we get this error:

    500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

    So, we think that problem is in your server. Try to contact your host provider.

    Resolved, was an issue of permits in the Server .
