    Greetings,

    Form prompts “Valid Email is Required” when email address is submitted. The submitted emails are valid. We recently moved our site url from a subdomain to the root level. We kept our admin in the subdomain and changed the index.php to point to the subdomain from the root level. Perhaps that is the issue. I tried deleting the plugin and re-installing, but it didn’t work.

    Could it maybe be the case that there are mySQL tables that must also be deleted to get it working.
