It looks like your server has some issues with fetching the .ttf and .woff core icon files.
We suggest you go to your theme (via ftp), go to css > core_icons folder and find core_style.css. Then at the top you’ll see font urls, delete the part with ?-3rspvc so you have:

Sometimes servers have issues with this.
