    Good morning

    I’ve just bought the DZEN theme for wordpress. I’m very upset because it says it is a responsive theme, but it is not by now, I don’t know if I have to select something to make it responsive, because this web is not showing itself properly on a mobile or tablet.

    Check your settings in Customize, go to general tab and see if the ‘Disable Responsiveness’ is enabled. If it is, disable it.

    It was already disabled, like the image attached.

    Hi there,

    did you use a child theme?

    If yes, please open your functions.php file in your Dzen Child theme (you can find it here \wp-content\themes\dzen-child)

    and commented or remove line

    wp_dequeue_style( ‘responsive_css’ );

    After that responsive will work fine.
