    we are aware of this issue, we fix this in our new update, but for now we are waiting approve. So, we will send you newest theme through email.

    Hi,

    your settings should be the same after install theme update, but for each case we strongly recommended to make backup.

    updated the theme. and still giving the same mistake!
    I need to finish this site urgent!
    How is possioivel, in your sample site is ok and does not work on mine?

    We can’t solve this through WordPress because we can’t access all your files, so we will need your FTP credentials so we can explore why this doesn’t work from your side, but work from our side.

    Please send us credentials in a private field and we will try to help you as soon as possible.
